Lukashenko: Hardworking enterprises have not even noticed these sanctions

Enterprises that work hard do not even notice Western sanctions. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement as he authorized the appointment of executives of defense industry enterprises, BelTA has learned. 

Aleksandr Lukashenko said: “You are perfectly aware of the situation we are in. People kind and fair are everywhere. Those, who work hard, have not even noticed these sanctions. But if you feel that you have to do more somewhere, it means you have to do more. It is necessary to find new partners in the world, it is necessary to find a way out of the situation. But making our own products is the most important thing for us. Making and substituting what we used to buy.” 

BelTA reported earlier that the head of the Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization Gennady Timoshevich was appointed Director General of the state foreign trade unitary enterprise Belspetsvneshtechnika. The head of the company Agat-Electromechanical Plant Nikolai Baligatov was appointed Director of OAO Agat – Control Systems, the managing company of the holding company Geoinformation Control Systems.
