Belarus and Vietnam will finalize a roadmap on cooperation in the near future, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko told the media after the talks with General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam in Minsk on 12 May, BelTA has learned.
