Belarus has redirected $14 billion worth of export flows away from Western and Ukrainian markets, completing a full trade reorientation, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with heads of Belarus’ diplomatic missions in Minsk on 31 July, BelTA has learned.
